Shipping policy
South Africa:
We usually take 1-2 days to process, package and dispatch orders.
The Courier company collects Monday to Friday and delivery thereafter is 1-3 working days depending on your location.
Black Friday period : No cancelations, no reversals, no refunds/exchanges on goods. Due to high volumes we will dispatch your orders as fast as possible to prevent delays, if there are any items out of stock we will dispatch the available items in your order and provide a store voucher or you may opt for a refund for the out of stock items. We want your order on the way to you as fast as possible.
Sale orders take 1 to 15 working days before tracking details are sent due to high volumes during a sale. Orders cannot be canceled.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the efficiency of courier, nor can we advise a specific time or day to deliver. We usually provide guidelines to how long a package may take (see below) but we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the estimated time. So, it’s usually best to plan your purchases with a few days extra in mind. Please note courier companies do not work over weekends and public holidays. We do not cover liability on packages once dispatched successfully.
You are welcome to collect your package if its available from your nearest courier guy warehouse on Saturdays. (010 222 2300)
Gauteng: 1-3 days
KZN: 1-3 days
Cape Town, East London and Port Elizabeth: 2-3 days
Outlying/Small Town areas may take up to 7 days (if you are in a remote area it can be up to 2 weeks)
Express : order is packaged as priority at our warehouse requires 1 day for dispatch over regular processing period and sent to the courier service afterwards to follow the courier periods to your location. Please note this is not overnight service with the courier and is our priority processing.
PAXI shipping method : once your order is processed, we will dispatch using the paxi service of 7 - 9 working days, please ensure to provide your paxi area code to receive your parcel. (please note, if no paxi code is provided, we will contact you by email to request the receiving location, if no response is provided within 24 hours, we will dispatch using any of the courier services to ensure the pacakge is directed to you or a nearby courier service in your area.)

Economy shipping is Door-to-Door shipping, if you are not home to sign for the package, you are most welcome to provide a work or alternate address. Just drop us an email at your earliest convenience and we can arrange accordingly, however please notify us before we dispatch your package.
The courier guy delivers to your nearest pudo locker or courier guy kiosk.
If your address is incomplete or high risk and we have requested an alternate address and the address provided was insufficient, we will dispatch your order to your nearest PUDO or The Courier Guy in your province. ( +27 10 222 2300 )
