We will gladly refund you on your requests as long as all criteria for a refund is provided.

Goods received in used, smells of odor, perfume, figure tears on garments will be assessed and if seen non-applicable for a refund you will be notified.
Black Friday marked down sale items are for clearance and may have slight discolouration, minor defects, excess stitching or material pulls. Which are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Approved returns accepted within 7 days.
No Returns, refunds, exchanges on sale items/ or white color items.
Customer provides return shipping and handling.
An approved refund may take 7 - 15 working days.
Please note The refund policy does not apply to any items on sale which means if the garment was marked down on a sale price, this includes ( month end sales, black Friday periods, cyber Monday, stock clearance) and any item that consists of a sale markdown price. Sale items do not qualify for return refund or exchange.
All return costs and to send out again are the customers liability.
Items shipped out are quality inspected and delivered in brand new, unused state 🙂
