  1. Can I Pick-up?

Unfortunately, we are unavailable for pick up and are based online only.

 

  1. Can I Pay cash on delivery?

Unfortunately we do not accept cash payments. Payments are made via our website through a secure portal via credit/debit card or instant EFT.

 

  1. Which payment options do you support?

We provide a variety of payment options such as VISA, MasterCard, Debit Card, EFT.

 

Please note your card will be debited once your payment method has passed fraud screening and funds capture at the time of transaction. Clothing Co takes reasonable measures to ensure credit card and personal information are being kept secure at all times. Please note that by making a purchase with The Clothing Co, you agree to receive communication with regards to your order.

 

  1. How long does shipping take?

We usually take 1-2 days to process, package and dispatch orders.

The Courier company collects Monday to Friday and delivery thereafter is 1-5 working days depending on your location.

 Unfortunately, we have no control over the efficiency of courier, nor can we advise a specific time or day to deliver. We usually provide guidelines to how long a package may take (see below) but we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the estimated time. So, it’s usually best to plan your purchases with a few days extra in mind. Please note courier companies do not work over public holidays

Gauteng: 1-3 days

KZN: 1-3 days

Cape Town, East London and Port Elizabeth: 2-5 days

Outlying/Small Town areas may take up to 7 days (if you are in a remote area it can be up to 2 weeks)

 All shipping is Door-to-Door, if you are not home to sign for the package, you are most welcome to provide a work or alternate address. Just drop us an email at your earliest convenience and we can arrange accordingly, however please notify us before we dispatch your package

 

  1. How do I Track my order?

Your tracking number and a link to the Fastway Courier services  website can be found on your Shipping Confirmation email that will be emailed to you once the items have been collected by Fastway Couriers  for delivery. An email will be thereafter be sent to you to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

 

  1. How do I cancel an order?

Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

  1. I forgot to update my shipping address before I placed my order.

Once your order has been placed we do our best to get it to you as soon as possible, therefore we cannot guarantee we will be able to change your delivery address. Please contact us via email info@clothingco.co.za as soon as possible if you would like to change your delivery address.
